The Hochtaunus-Kliniken operate two hospitals (Bad Homburg and Usingen) with 574 beds and treat over 60,000 patients annually. Changes in medical technology and the integration of network-enabled devices created new demands on IT security. The previous NAC solution was insufficient for the growing network with over 5,700 ports.
